As a Senior Content Designer at here, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our enterprise-facing platforms and services through intuitive and effective user experiences.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and meets the needs of our diverse user base.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of content strategies for enterprise-facing digital products and services.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy for interfaces, tooltips, error messages, and notifications.
- Conduct content audits, user research, and usability testing to inform content decisions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure content and design work seamlessly together to enhance user journeys.
- Advocate for best practices in UX writing, content design, and accessibility standards across the organisation.
- Mentor junior Content Designers and contribute to the growth of the content design practice within the team.
- Proven experience as a Content Designer or similar role, preferably in an enterprise or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting microcopy for digital interfaces, with a focus on usability and clarity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content design work, including examples of enterprise-facing projects.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven content optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
