As the Racing and Sports Content Lead, your primary responsibility is to develop and oversee the planning and delivery of content across TAB-owned channels. This includes driving the implementation of our content strategic plan to ensure consistency in tone and style.
You'll take the lead on racing, sports, and wagering content on TAB and SKY channels, including social media, apps, websites, and audio platforms, aiming to deeply engage our customers.
Additionally, you'll analyse engagement metrics to inform future content strategies and oversee a team of producers, editors, and social media managers.
Together, you'll curate racing and sports content for domestic and international audiences, establishing our team as the go-to source for racing vision and expanding our digital content portfolio.
What you'll bring
- Media or business-related degree preferred
- Proficient in talent management and media landscape
- Strong digital and social media proficiency
- Thorough understanding of wagering industry and bookmaking principles
- Deep knowledge of racing and sports industry
- Ability to innovate and execute strategically
- Track record of successful content strategy implementation
- Leadership experience, including managing small teams
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills across all organisational levels.
