Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and content driven Senior Business Manager to join our amazing team based here in Pyrmont. As part of an integrated team, this is an exciting role that will be responsible for leading end-to-end social and content led campaigns for some of our biggest and award winning clients.

Day to day in this role, you’ll get to:

  • Run your own projects end-to-end delivering award worthy creative content led campaigns and social first activations.
  • Partner with your clients to elevate their social / content offering and be their go to person for all things content related.
  • Use your exceptional project management skills to run multiple campaigns and projects efficiently and effectively, collaborating with the wider team and departments.
  • Use your in-depth understanding of content, social media platforms and performance metrics to elevate the overall output for all your projects.
  • Be the agency content / social specialist, up-skilling the wider team with your knowledge and expertise.
  • Flex your creative thinking, be proactive and provide content ideas to your clients.

Qualifications

The person we’re looking for has:

  • 4+ years’ experience working within an advertising communications / content agency environment.
  • Proven experience running end-to-end content and social campaigns.
  • An excellent communicator – someone who loves to build solid relationships with clients and their peers.
  • Knowledge of agency production workflows and processes.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Brilliant project management and organisation skills.
  • A natural leader who genuinely enjoys collaborating with others.
