Company:Our client has been established in the Construction Industry for over 40 years successfully delivering projects in education, health, aged care, social housing, and industrial sectors. They are a family owned Australian company who are financially strong with a solid client base in the public and private sector.
They have recently be awarded a number of contracts in excess of $30m in value and are now looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join the team.
Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this position you will be a Senior Contract Administrator who has:
- A Construction Management Degree
- 5 years+ experience in contract administration
- Understanding of commercial construction processes
- Expertise across contract management and construction law
- Be proactive in building relationships with key stakeholders
- Have experience of developing, coaching, and mentoring junior CAs
- A passion for the construction industry.
- Ability to work within a team but also lead
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be independent and proactive
- Preferably have on site experience
- Experience of using Procure and Cheops or similar software
- Well structured
- Financially secure
- Career progression
- Solid work pipeline
