Our Client is one of Australia's most trusted home builders, offering innovative, sophisticated and timeless homes that withstand the test of time. We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Pre-Construction Administrator in their Liverpool branch.
About the role
This position is a pivotal role overseeing and facilitating through pre-construction phases, it involves a wide range of responsibilities working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Managing projects from initial deposits stage through to construction handover
* Project documentation and contracts including building contracts, specifications, and colour selection.
* Meetings including handover between departments.
* Completing applications/permits, lodgement & council documentation
* Design support, variations, and compliance documentation.
Skills & experience
* Sound computer knowledge in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
* Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards & guidelines.
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Be able to work in a team environment.
* Previous experience in Pre-Construction & Colours is required.
