We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator with excellent communication skills and a proactive and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of project contract administration staff
- Contract administration of the project, the head contract and subcontract packages, and all other project procurements
- Maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management on projects
- Responsible for all contract issues on projects including subcontract letting, variations, progress claims and contract correspondence
- Budget management and reporting of commercial status, risks and issues to the management team
- Negotiation with clients, contractors, legal advisors and company management
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised Diploma or Degree or minimum of 8 years in the construction industry with experience on major projects
- Complete understanding of construction materials and methods, contract law, management skills and risk management.
- Sound knowledge of contract administration principles and procedures
- Good verbal communication skills, ability to write clearly and concisely
- High level of attention to detail
- WHS for Supervisors
- Nationally Recognised Construction Induction
- Drivers Licence
