Group have exclusively partnered with this local builder developer, current strategy on growth, seeks an immediate start for a skilled Contracts Administrator to take on a crucial role in the execution of present and upcoming projects. With a current portfolio of projects ready to commence, valued at over $200M.
The Role:
Your role involves the effective administration of subcontracts, delivering exceptional client service, and identifying as well as minimizing exposure to contractual and financial risks. You will become part of a highly experienced and well-resourced site team.
Your role will be responsible for:
- Producing, preparing, and reviewing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
- Managing and monitoring project expenditures.
- Developing and implementing the project's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) system.
- Coordinating Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients, architects, and consultants.
- Processing progress claims, variations, and invoices.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field is required.
- A minimum of five years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional time management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Procure and Aconex software.
- Experience as both a CA and estimator on similar projects is essential.
