Senior Contract Administrator job, Luxury Unit Development $60M+, South Sunshine Coast, $140k - $170k base
Your new company
A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a leading developer builder on the Sunshine Coast who create exceptional residential developments. With a commitment to quality and innovation, they have successfully delivered numerous projects on the coast, providing you the opportunity to join an established team. As the PM was promoted from his senior CA role, they now need an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join them. As it happens, I also have a similar role, with another developer builder, which they're calling a Project Manager role under a Senior PM.
Your new role
Both are large unit developments, consisting of 2 towers and 8 levels with 100+ apartments in a desirable location. They include high spec finishes with architectural curves and amazing views, based south of the Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the contracts for the project, from trade lettings to cost forecasting and everything in-between such as variations and progress claims. In one of these roles you will work closely with an intermediate CA, while no head contract conditions are involved as the Builder is also the client.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on medium rise unit developments, worth $10M or more in build cost. If you're a CA ready to step up to a senior role, and have worked on other commercial projects, then please also apply. A tertiary qualification or trade qualification will both be well regarded; well strong communication skills are essential. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll get in return Salary will be commensurate with experience while a range between $140k to $170k base is a good indicator. Other benefits can include a completion bonus and the fact you will be joining an established high performing team.
