The Role
- Assessment and preparation of progress claims, variation claims, and extensions of time
- Preparation and issuance of tender packages
- Preparation and monitoring of project construction programs
- Negotiation and preparation of contracts for award
- Management of payment claims including the development and implementation of payment processes to ensure all claims and payment schedules meet relevant legislation timeframes
- Review and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and projections in conjunction with the project managers
- Providing support to Project Managers as required
- DA approvals and implementation of feasibilities/ costings
- 5+ years experience in developing and implementing robust policies, processes, and procedures for commercial procurement and contract management practices
- High attention to detail
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Excel & Project & Estate Master
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management preferred but not essential
- Experience working on residential developments and commercial fit-outs
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
