AddressThe Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reporting on commercial improvement and strategy initiatives. This key role sits within the Infrastructure Services team, supporting Rig and Well Servicing Operations. This is a full-time permanent role based in Brisbane with flexible working from home arrangements and more.
Key Duties
Provide your commercial and financial expertise during the pre-contract stage through to project execution and completion
Review tender documentation and contracts for all new contracts and major renewal contracts
Prepare Commercial Tender Strategies in accordance with Work Winning procedures
Review tender pricing with estimators and bid team
Contribute to any process improvement initiatives across the division
Provide commercial and contractual advice to Operations personnel
Review contract performance, including but not limited to applications for payment, variations, risks etc.
Skills and Experience
Law, Business, Construction degree or relevant tertiary qualifications
5+ years' experience in contract and or commercial roles
Contract reviews, assessment, and completion of proposed departures
Prepare and administer contractual correspondence, notices, contract change proposals and variations
Contract commercial reviews and contract commercial driver analysis
Proven ability to multi-task on multiple simultaneous projects
Strong verbal and written communicator to peers, senior manager and clients
Ability to work closely with Bid teams consisting of people you may not have worked with before
