As the Asset Systems Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of asset information systems and the associated asset register. Your role will ensure the asset information is contemporary and enables optimal asset decision making processes. You will play a key role in the continued operations and development of asset management systems for the Port of Melbourne.Company Overview:

- Attention to detail in the use and configuration of TechOne asset management modules.
- Knowledge of asset management concepts and practices.
- Ability to apply computer skills to asset management.
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of quality management concepts and practices.
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve the TechOne asset management system suite of functions including the asset register, works management capability & lifecycle modelling capability in alignment with user requirements.
- Provide expert advice and training to the business and maintenance contractors on the configuration and usage of lifecycle modelling, works management, finance integration, geo-spatial integration & other asset visualisation systems.
- Assist with the maintenance and continual improvement of selected elements of The Compass, including AMPs, engineering strategies and workflows ensuring PoM’s accreditation to ISO55001 is maintained.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with all Port of Melbourne departments, consultants, contractors, and relevant Government departments.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business in the identification, development, and deployment of innovation initiatives.
