Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more. What’s on offer?Based in our Hazelmere location and reporting to the Commercial Manager, as Senior Contracts Administrator you will provide advice and support on commercial issues across multiple, diverse projects and provide an impact at an organisational level. You will contribute to upstream and downstream contract management, claims resolution, contract negotiation, risk mitigation and procurement of subcontractors and suppliers in line with Company processes and procedures. Furthermore, you will provide advice to the Project Teams concerning contractual issues and assist in preparing formal contractual correspondence. To be successful in this position you will have: Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying, engineering, construction / project management or commercial law; Demonstrable experience and / or knowledge of various aspects of construction contract…
