As Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll ensure client requirements are exceeded while strategically positioning De Grey Mining. Liaise with stakeholders to minimise risks and maximise rewards. Join us in shaping the future of gold mining.
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
- Manage contract processes, risk, and finances for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with cost management, budgets, and cash flow.
- Facilitate effective communication among teams, clients, and departments.
- Handle project contingencies and tracking during execution.
- Prepare detailed forecasting, EOT, variation claims, and replies.
- Draft accurate progress claims, invoices, and administer subcontracts.
- Assess subcontractor claims and create/maintain a Risk Register.
- Analyse non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop/control project budgets and manage formal correspondence.
- Monitor commitments, milestones, and maintain clear records.
- Coordinate project close-out reports, including lessons learned.
- Perform other tasks as required by the business or directed by your manager.
You will have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Diploma Qualification in Business, Project Management or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years in a similar role in the resources and construction sector.
- Familiarity with Document Management systems.
- Experience in job costing, purchasing and accounts.
- Strong people management, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must have a fine eye for continual improvements and value adding culture.
- Manual C Class Drivers License.
- Obtain a national police clearance.
