Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a professional Senior Contracts Administrator to join our high performing project team, based in our site office at Richmond. You will provide vital support to our Commercial Manager with contract formation, inbound and outbound commercial correspondence and leading discussions in monthly contractor meetings. Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the thorough contracts management, with tasks including:
- Contract formation: negotiate and finalise departures internally/externally, and manage the contract process
- Correspondence: review inbound commercial correspondence, understand the contract, develop a commercial position and draft the outbound correspondence
- Participate proactively in monthly Contractor meetings, leading the Commercial discussion
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (ie project team, commercial team etc) but also maintain relationships with the subcontractors and their commercial management etc.
- Manage the tasks of the Contracts Administrator
