As a Senior Coordinator in Mental Health Community, you will manage and lead staff within their area of responsibility and the delivery of Mental Health programs and services.
A typical day may look like….
Leading and managing team workload distribution and client/staff schedules across the programs.
Monitoring program performance against contractual requirements and client needs.
Reviewing, developing, and designing services, developing, and maintaining operational program plans and work practises whilst monitoring individual budgets.
Staff management including recruitment, performance reviews and development.
Conducting initial assessment of clients, developing support plans, and administering staff allocation of clients.
Reviewing, recording, and resolving complaints and compliments.
Program administration including maintaining documentation, monitoring compliance and reporting.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday. Flexibility around hours can be discussed.
???? The need-to-have…
Here at Rise, we nurture potential. But we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Community Services or related field and/or relevant experience in a related role.
Experience working with vulnerable clients, with a focus on mental wellness.
An understanding of the Mental Health National Standards and individualised services.
Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) funding.
Experience working with block funded programmes.
Proven ability to manage and develop budgets.
A strong commitment to providing person centred care and contemporary models of service delivery.
Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team to continued success.
