Senior Quality & Compliance Coordinator

As the Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Quality and Compliance team.

Your new role

As the Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Quality and Compliance team. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside and supplement existing resources in the Perth based team with a focus on:

• Review of Training & Assessment resources to meet standards
• Mapping 
• Coordination of validation schedules and activities
• Writing and management of policies, procedures etc 
• Document management and control
• Maintenance of CI register and activities
• Audit preparation

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Law, Business).
• Extensive experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory roles within the VET sector.
• Strong knowledge of VET standards and legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently without high levels of supervision.
