Your Role
As the Senior Corporate Services Officer, Priority Programs Project, you will:
* Monitor and coordinate the delivery of Corporate Services processes, including financial management, human resource, asset and facilities management.
* Contribute to the operation and supervision of the regional services team and continually monitor and review systems and information, providing recommendations for effective strategies to manage and improve Corporate Services functions and processes within the regional office.
To do this successfully, we are looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge, experience and capabilities:
* Flexible and adaptable. Good organisational skills; with the capability and initiative to prioritise tasks to support
* Previous administration experience within Corporate Services/Finance environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and team motivational skills. Purposeful and enthusiastic team player who desires to add value to others in our team
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* An ability to initiate, monitor, analyse and report on sensitive data.
