Senior Creative Manager, Creator Network - Sydney

Acast is listed on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market (ACAST.ST)About the role:We are looking for a talented Senior Creative Manager, passionate about podcasting and willing to push creative boundaries, to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.You will work closely with the whole Acast business to support the Australian sales team in creating and delivering top class podcast campaigns, proposals, pitches and strategic advice.We are looking for someone who has experience in pitching and delivering multi-layered campaigns; from identifying the opportunity, to the final post campaign presentation. Someone who can excite advertisers and podcasters alike, with creative ideas as well as ability to guide them through the creative campaign processes.You will be integral to delivering our most creative campaigns for brands. A problem solver, with an eye for detail, and a passion for great advertising.The role is ideal for someone that thrives in a fast-moving media environment, and can organize and multi-task brilliantly. You will be the point of contact on creative projects for production partners and clients, and foster these relationships.With audio devices starting to fill our homes and podcasting becoming a mainstream media habit, the opportunity is large and exciting. Our ad-tech is best in class, advertisers are flocking to the podcast medium and our premium content partners are growing rapidly.What you will do:

• Work closely with our Creator Network Team to understand and capture commercial opportunities

• Manage ideation and creative process from start to finish

• Work closely with the Acast Creator Network shows when ideating and implementing campaigns

• Ensure that podcaster briefing process and the podcaster deliverables for advertisers are achieved on time and to a high standard

• Work with the local leadership team to build out market-leading creative podcast campaign collateral and insights

• Support the growth of Acast Creative as the home of creative excellence for brands in audio

Who you are:

• Highly creative with a proven track record in strategy or creative ideation

• Have excellent problem-solving and project management skills

• Hunger and drive to bring executional excellence Self Starter / motivatorExcellent design skills

• Experience in presenting complex solutions to agencies in brands in person

• Experience from working in an agency or publisher in a similar role

• A keen awareness of trends in advertising, podcasting and the wider cultural landscape
