We are in search of a talented professional to join our credit team, bring strategic insights, and contribute to the overall financial health of CSR. Key Accountabilities:
- Obtain payment of accounts within agreed trading terms.
- Ensure any arrears are collected promptly.
- Resolve customer account issues.
- Facilitate the resolution of claims within the Region.
- In consultation with the National Credit Manager IS refer delinquent accounts to the Debt Recovery team to manage the external collection process
- Contribute to the decision in the establishment of new accounts and limit reviews in the region as requested by National Credit Manager IS
- Assist in maintaining up to date customer master data and ensure notes of all your customer dealings are recorded on the system.
About You
- At least 5 years Credit experience
- Detailed and practical experience with SAP
- A basic understanding of accounting
- A good understanding and appreciation of the need to comply with policies and internal system of controls such as segregation of duties.
- A team player with strong inter-personal skills.
