A great opportunity is currently available for an experienced and professional CT Radiographerto join this team in Sydney's North, performing CT and other radiography examinations in accordance with business protocols and ethics to ensure service delivery standards are consistently met.This role will involve training of junior staff, ensuring high standards of work produced by other staff rostered in the department, ensuring timely examinations, identifying workflow issues, quickly identifying challenges and if necessary, escalating to the Modality Head or Imaging Manager, while also consistently delivering a high quality service and care to patients.
This is an exciting role for a passionate technologist who is keen to take the next step in their career. Further development and upskilling opportunities are available for the right candidate.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment of both technical and clerical staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong patient focus
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexibility to perform weekend work and on-call when required
