Senior Culture Manager with a background in HR is required to join Australia's leading Airline.
The Senior Culture Manager will be responsible for designing and executing the Network Aviation Flight Operations culture recovery program in collaboration with senior leadership and HR.
This role leads cultural and operational assessment, designs improvement strategies, and oversees program implementation. The role manages relationships with third-party vendors and provides regular updates to senior executives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Culture Manager include:
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with leadership to refine engagement strategy and align program objectives.
- Develop and manage cultural rebuild strategy for Flight Operations.
- Identify and implement actions supporting Flight Operations strategy.
- Foster team cohesion and bridge management-pilot divide.
- Establish governance framework to ensure timely delivery and address contingencies.
- Set clear timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with long-term vision.
- Monitor and report on program progress and impact.
- Track project progress, budgets, and value delivery.
- Coordinate with external consultants to implement recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and provide necessary support to vendors.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and COO.
- Foster collaboration across business units and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and management system standards.
Essential requirements for the Senior Culture Manager include:
- 10+ years of culture program design and delivery experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Program Management, Human Resources, or Business Management preferred.
- Strong strategic, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and stakeholder management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
