About the Opportunity
The primary purpose of the Senior Customer Relations Officer is to assist in the resolution of simple disputes and provide a case management service from lodgement to closure of an application. The role will also provide prompt front-end services and accurate information to the public via telephone, electronic channels and face-to-face in the South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET).
About the Business
The South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET) is established under the South Australian Employment Tribunal Act 2014 (the Act) to deal with employment related matters. SAET is South Australia’s forum for resolving workplace-related disputes and issues including:
- Resolving work related injury disputes (Return to Work)
- Resolving employment and industrial disputes
- Hearing work, health and safety-related prosecutions
- Regulating industrial awards, agreements and registers
Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
