Due to expansion, are looking for a Senior Customer Service Operator to join their team!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide exceptional Customer Service, including on-site visits.
- Expand relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with overseas offices, shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
- Prepare and maintain client status reports for key clients.
- Coordinate relevant documentation for processing and clearance.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Extensive local industry Customer Service experience a must!
- Proficiency in Cargowise System preferred, but open to cross-training.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Possesses organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
