People2people are partnering with an Australian Owned company who pride themselves on their long successful history in the hydraulics and fittings industry. With franchises all over Australia, the organisation is going through a growth period and are looking to welcome a new Customer Service member into their team.The Role
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handling of customer enquiries, order processing and communication
- Coaching and mentoring Customer Service team to ensure service standards are met.
- Review existing processes and Customer Service systems, order processing and reporting to management.
- Management of escalations and overseeing Customer Service team interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous Customer Service Supervisor or Team Leader experience
- Have worked in a similar industry ie. Hydraulics, Plumbing, Hose Fittings, Equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, approachable manner
- Previous experience with an ERP system – preferable but not essential
