What will you do?
Our Customer Service team provides support to our many customers and sales team.
• You will be responsible for talking to our customers, dealing with their product and pricing enquiries
• Working with our CRM systems to ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement to fulfilment
• Working closely with our field teams to ensure they are properly supported
We will invest in your clinical and product training, your professional development, and we will grow together!
What skills & experience you bring:
• At least 3 years of previous Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment
• A high level of empathy and sensitivity to patients, residents and staff in health and medical settings.
• Problem-solving attitude with an attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day.
• Genuine, enthusiastic, and results-driven with the ability to show initiative.
