- Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Superintendent Cyber Threat Management, this role is responsible for monitoring for application security compliance within the Autonomy software development team and coordinating the rectification of vulnerabilities and incidents discovered.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and ensuring the compliance of secure software practices against Fortescue secure coding standards in automation product development.
- Coordinating the DevSecOps efforts within the Autonomy team.
- Reporting and escalating risks associated with vulnerabilities and non-compliance associated with autonomy product development.
- Integrating security requirements, frameworks, and testing into the product development lifecycle.
- Coordinating remediation of vulnerabilities and incidents reported.
- Ensuring security is incorporated in the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years' experience leading a software development or cyber security team.
- Strong technical and/or application development experience.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical information with a broad range of audiences.
- Experience in cyber security or secure software development.
- Desirable: Strong scripting or programming skills.
- Desirable: Experience with implementing security tooling in the CICD pipeline.
