About the Company
A large NSW Government agency is looking for a Senior Data and Business Intelligence Engineer to come in for a 11 month contract. This position is full time based out of Chatswood.
About the role
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize design decisions and ensure alignment with organisational strategies.
- Lead development discussions and guide the implementation of tasks using appropriate methodologies.
- Manage migration and implementation activities to align with technology roadmaps and deliver desired outcomes.
- Drive adherence to coding and testing standards to enhance security and efficiency.
- Champion the development of expertise in emerging technologies and contribute to educational resources.
- Foster effective stakeholder relationships and balance statewide needs with local innovation to achieve business objectives.
About you
- Expertise in data modeling, database development, and visualization with a deep understanding of cloud and on-premises database architectures.
- Proficient in leading-edge ICT Delivery and Operational practices, particularly in DevOps methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering data warehousing, business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Previous experience with the Australian Government desired.
