As our new Senior Data Engineer for KFC South Pacific you will join an evolving And growing Data team. Reporting to our Data Product Owner, you will lead the design and construction of data processing systems, to support the requirements of business users and the analytics teams.

- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems or Similar.
- Opportunity to broaden knowledge in SQL & Data warehouse technology such as Snowflake.
- Experience defining and building Data Models to support Self-service BI.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Scala.
- Experience with and cloud platforms (Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
- Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and ETL Tools.

- Develop, construct, test, and maintain Data warehouse architecture and ETL processes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements.

- Work with data experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
