What role will you play?
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining big data and analytics solutions, ensuring they are scalable and performant. You will work closely with technology and business SMEs to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the data governance domain and related insights.
What you offer
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software or Data Engineer in an enterprise public or private cloud environment
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms and their respective services.
- Experience with Big Data querying tools like Hive, Spark, Presto
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Good SQL experience
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Scala in context of Big data technologies
- Collaborate with the test automation and release management to embed best practices into the CI/CD process.
- Managed data pipelining with tools like Apache Oozie or Airflow
- Experience working in DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Continuous Delivery and/or Rapid Application Development environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
