About the role:- Perform in-depth analysis of organizational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and defining requirements to address business needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive set of well-documented, traceable and prioritized requirements, closely aligning with delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to established criteria.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key business stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with Data and Business Systems, developing risk mitigation plans and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful risk management.
- Analyse and present business data to support decision-making, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that offer actionable insights.
- Lead initiatives to redesign and optimize business processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness aligned with organizational goals.
Key skills:
- Proven experience in data mining and advanced analytics for decision-making support.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, including complex data manipulation, statistical analysis or predictive modelling
- Expertise in utilizing data modelling techniques to craft sophisticated data structures and delineate intricate relationships.
- Ability to provide business support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to resolve problems
