Job DescriptionThe
Senior Demand Planner will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute the Integrated Business Planning process.
- Ensure alignment of demand plans with operational and financial goals.
- Manage inventory levels throughout the supply chain, ensuring product availability in the market.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities to the plan, driving optimized responses.
- Continuously improve the IBP cycle, reducing cycle time and aligning with financial budgets.
- Drive organizational change through stakeholder management and training initiatives.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to drive financial and operational results.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the
Senior Demand Planner role will ideally have the following key skills & qualities:
- Previously experience in a Demand / Supply Planner role
- Strong SAP experience
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Experience with reporting and analytical systems (e.g., JDE, Power BI).
- Proven track record of providing decision support and driving business results.
- Confidence presenting ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders.
