Senior Dental Receptionist - 2 Full-Time Positions Available

Brisbane City Periodontics & Implants (BCPI) is a specialist periodontal practice providing all aspects of periodontal therapy (treatment of gum diseases) including regenerative procedures, dental implant surgery, bone and soft tissue augmentation using the latest clinical research and technologies.

Due to demand for services and additions to our Specialist team, we are expanding our front office team to ensure everyone is adequately supported and able to continue providing exceptional care and service for our patients and referring healthcare professionals. 

Our successful applicants will; 

• be professional, supportive and caring.
• be able to work collaboratively within a large team. 
• have experience working as a receptionist or administrator within a fast paced dental, medical or customer service environment.
• have excellent communication skills (written & verbal). 
• be able to multi-task and manage large workload.
• have exceptional diary management skills.
• have a keen eye for details.  
• have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

You must be available to work between the hours of 7:30am and 6:30pm, Monday through Friday at both of our practice locations, on a rotational basis.
