About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Practice Manager and Senior Dentist, some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage dental reception duties for the 3 dentists
Work together with another senior receptionist
Follow documented surgery procedures autonomously
Open and close the surgery as nessacary
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in the Dental industry
A good knowledge of dental clinical procedures and terminology
Knowledge of EXACT dental software (desirable)
Strong communication skills and phone manner
Great customer service and people skills
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
