- Desktop Support Experience
We are seeking a strong desktop support engineer (L3) with strong SCCM background to work with a prestigious organisation in Adelaide. The following skills and experiences are essential:
- Provide Level 3 technical specialist skills in delivering, maintaining and supporting end user support functions including printing, computer environment and SOE’s
- Deliver MECM application and device packaging services.
- Implementation of EUC solutions and infrastructure that provides solutions for the effective management and maintenance of operating systems and device.
- Support for Windows, Apple, Linux and virtual desktop platforms (servers and virtual desktop)
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in SCCM applications packaging and deployment automation.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of policies, Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Represent End User Computing as a senior capability and escalation point with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support necessary to ensure that a high standard of customer service is delivered and that all relevant service level agreements and timeframes are met for End User Computing
- High level knowledge of the IT end user computing environment and the relationships/connections.
- Demonstrated experience in desktop infrastructure support including the ability to work with and understand a broad range of technology in a large environment with Windows computers.
- Experience in developing and maintaining desktop Standard Operating environment software and packages across multiple platforms using SCCM.
