We are now recruiting a passionate and experienced individual to lead the marketing operations for Margan Wines and restaurant.
About us:
Margan Wines is a multi-generational grape-growing and winemaking business with an acclaimed wine and food tourism operation. Established in 1996, we now farm 100 hectares of vines following regenerative agricultural principles. We follow a detailed Environmental Management Plan and are certified Sustainably Farmed (SWA). Our team are passionate about growing grapes, making wine and offering guests an outstanding wine and food experience. We sell wine throughout Australia as well as the export market. We are looking for a dynamic person who can support the marketing and promotional needs across all business operations, keep us connected with our wine and food lovers, grow our market and communicate our unique selling position to the world!

What we're looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with DTC & B2B marketing to support our on-premise, licensee and export market efforts
- Graphic design, photography and videography skills
- Experience with Adobe, Canva and Microsoft Suite
- Experience creating email and marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Experience with the Meta suite, Meta Advertising and Google Advertising / SEO
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support other areas of the business
- Excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the wine and hospitality industries (highly regarded)
