Key accountabilities of the role are:
- Provide technical leadership in developing system enhancements and resolving defects including production support and project related enhancements.
- Perform and oversee unit testing ensuring the appropriate standards and methodologies are complied with, and system integrity is preserved.
- Undertake complex analysis and development activities in a range of technologies.
- Collaboratively identify, analyse and resolve complex problems including providing second-tier problem diagnosis, support and the application of functional analyst expertise.
- Mentor and upskill team members and promote individual development and build positive and participative culture that supports division and QRO objectives.
- Proactively manage client and stakeholder relationships using effective relationship management skills and communication.
- Create and maintain technical documentation ensuring compliance with record keeping and quality assurance standards.
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications are highly regarded. To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience in the following technologies, and the initiative and capability to learn other technologies:
Design, configuration and custom development of a SAP business solution using one or more of the following SAP technology areas:
- Public Sector Collections & Disbursement (PSCD)
- Tax Revenue Management (TRM)
- Financials (FI-CO)
- Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
- Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX)
Undertaken activities in one or more of the following SAP technologies:
- ABAP including Object Oriented development.
- ABAP Workflow
- BRF+ development
- ODATA services
- Adobe interactive and print forms
- Web dynpro for ABAP
