Computershare has a great opportunity to join our Communication Services team as a Senior Developer in our Yarra Falls Melbourne office.

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to join our Product and Solutions team and deliver rapid solutions with a focus on "Speed to Market."
Reporting to the Development Lead, you will collaboratively work to lead the front-end design and development of new technologies and contribute to the maintenance of existing technologies.
Working closely with the project team and stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical deliverables is essential for a successful project.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of delivering Low/Medium/Complex designs for current and future state
- Ability to learn and contribute to custom application frameworks
- Play a pivotal role in shaping new client propositions, services, and products by leading the design throughout the end-to-end delivery life cycle of the solution
- Collaborate with teams to craft high-quality, innovative, stable, and resilient solutions that adhere to security and architectural standards as well as the software development lifecycle
- Deliver timely, top-notch design documentation, including use cases
- Review test coverage, implementation plans, and provide peer review and feedback on design work with colleagues
- Support the delivery and release from inception to post-production implementation support as required
- Proactively seek better ways to resolve business challenges - Provide accurate estimates and timelines
- Solicit requirements from stakeholders, create design documentation, and take ownership of solutions
- Support the team with process automation and improvement - Serve as a source of expert knowledge
- Communicate and share learnings and knowledge with the team
- Maintain a good awareness of business strategy, new products, platforms, tools, and technologies, and keep abreast of the technical strategy of our suppliers
What will you bring to the role?
You will have the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and build effective working relationships with people from both a technical and non-technical background. You have a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Possess and display a positive, flexible, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic; be self-motivated, proactive and capable of working in a team or independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess the ability to work well under pressure, maintaining professionalism and a focus on quality
- University Degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science and/or related discipline
- Proven experience in Web application development and UX/UI design
- Proficiency in Angular 16 or latest, with a focus on mobile-first web development
- Back-end experience in .Net Core, C#, and Visual Studio - Understanding of service/API architecture and MS SQL
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Knowledge of web architecture including SPA and REST
- Familiarity with Node.js, NPM, Yarn, Git, and Visual Studio Code
- Experience working with Agile methodology
