Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Create and maintain Web Applications using the Bubble platform to meet our business needs.
- Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with business unit teams to gather project requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- User-Friendly Interfaces: Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and exceptional user experiences that enhance our applications' usability.
- Testing and Debugging: Perform rigorous testing, debugging, diagnosis, and correction of errors and faults in applications programming language. Ensure compliance with established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards to guarantee that our programs and applications perform to specification.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate applications with various systems and platforms, ensuring data flow and functionality.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Bubble platform updates, tools, and best practices to leverage the latest innovations effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users or clients promptly and professionally.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research, consulting, analysis, and evaluation of system program needs to ensure we stay at the forefront of technology trends.
- Identify Technology Limitations: Identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems, processes, procedures, and methods. Propose improvements to enhance system performance.
- Code Quality: Write and maintain program code in accordance with system requirements, system designs, and technical specifications, following quality-accredited standards.
- Documentation: Create, update, and maintain technical program documentation, end-user guides, and operational procedures to facilitate understanding and usage of our software.
- Operational Metrics: Collect and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance system performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop continuous improvement and continuous delivery strategies across system design and software development processes.
- Tool Development: Contribute to the creation and development of tools required to support software management and security, ensuring efficiency and robust security measures.
- Forensic Analysis: Perform forensic analysis to detect anomalies or security threats, ensuring the integrity and security of software systems.
- Encryption and Decryption: Implement encryption and decryption techniques to safeguard sensitive data and protect software applications from unauthorized access.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively mitigate risks that may affect the performance and security throughout the lifecycle of the product.
- Technical Degree: Possess a technical degree in Mathematics, Science, or Engineering.
- Bubble Platform Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing web and mobile applications at scale using the Bubble no-code platform.
- Frontend and Backend Skills: Exhibit expertise in frontend development, strong backend capabilities, and responsive design skills.
- Education Platforms: Previous experience in developing education and eLearning platforms is highly desirable.
- Zoho Integration: Be proficient at integrating Bubble projects with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.
- API and Automation: Proficiency in building API and integration workflows, as well as automations using Make.com, is essential.
- Financial Services: Applicants with financial services experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Start-up Experience: Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment will be considered an advantage.
