Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our Brisbane team supporting a new 7,000+ lot Master Planned Community project. In this role you will lead the project team to deliver a successful project.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Multiple/highly complex/large projects responsibility.
• Prepare project strategy.
• Can review and oversee complex and or multiple Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities and Risk and Opportunity schedules.
• Balance and delegate objectives.
• Write formal business letters, correspondences and reports.
• Identify and manage Risks and Opportunities to optimise outcomes.
• Developing and implementing appropriate management policies, systems and processes sometimes extracurricular operational items.
• Exemplary expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.
• Actively manage and develop people across larger and/or multiple teams.
• Working with other departments to formulate strategies to achieve targets.

Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified with a demonstrated track record in full lifecycle of residential developments, including civil infrastructure and services for a land project.
You will be a leader who can actively manage and develop people across larger teams, while providing a diverse and supportive environment where people excel.
You will have exemplary value management and portfolio management skills coupled with expert industry knowledge.
Your communication and relationship skills will be strong, with an ability to present well, impact and influence while dealing effectively and leading a team through ambiguity and complexity.
