About the role
Lifecare Homecare is a leading provider of community allied health services in Perth, and they are seeking a Senior Dietitian to join the team. In this role you will work with a wide variety of clients to provide nutrition assessment and planning of dietary needs, including food service management and intervention programs to provide your clients with a holistic and integrated care to enhance your client’s health and wellbeing.
You will work alongside a variety of healthcare professionals such as GPs, Nurses, Physiotherapists, and other Allied Health Practitioners to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored.
You will complete report such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS.

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:
- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent that meets the requirements for full or part time membership of the Dietitians Australia.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferable in Community, NDIS or Homecare.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Exceptional observational and report writing skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team; and ability to work autonomously in the community.
- Full working rights in Australia
- Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain.
- Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
