In this position you will lead the implementation of Personetics’ analytical solutions at some of the largest banks in the world. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing effective business and systems solutions. You’ll be required to interact with both technical expert and senior managers; analyze business requirements; analyze client available data and determine quality; validate technical decisions meet project objectives; bridge between client IT, business and Personetics internal teams. Postproduction you will be responsible for analysis of usage metrics and ensure overall success of the deployment.
This position requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technological systems to bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client’s stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
- Drive plan, monitor and manage the solution implementation from the initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
- Translate needs into clear and comprehensive system requirements.
- Design and propose innovative and efficient ICT solutions that align with business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of system enhancements and changes.
- Implement data management practices to optimize data flow and integration within the organization's systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of newly implemented systems.
- Use You Tracks/JIRAs to manage the development cycles- create customer requests, coordinate with the development team to assign/update tasks.
- Predict and manage solution releases to meet the business requirements, achieving stakeholder objectives and ensuring satisfaction.
- Preliminary function testing – Support the clients to test the solution and analyze the defects.
- Participate in product demos and requirements process.
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience including:
- Must have experience in a project leadership position.
- Must have experience with Business/Data analysis position.
- Must have technological experience and knowledge in Data Analytics.
- Relevant education: MBA graduate and/or Project Management certification; Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent background in programming.
- Must have knowledge and experience with User Journey in Banking Applications
- Knowledge and experience implementing Banking products.
- Vast customer facing experience conducting workshops and coaching with banks.
- Preferred experience in a professional services position
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Secure online/mobile applications experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting.
- Technical knowledge (knows the lingo - can speak to technical experts)
- Financial industry experience (retail banking, credit card, prepaid) - an advantage.
