As a passionate and supremely confident Digital Advertising and Marketing Specialist, you'll need to have a track record of running highly profitable campaigns and be able to produce this information with your application. 

You'll be stepping into a rapidly expanding, eCommerce focused, Digital Advertising and marketing company that offers a unique commission based, “pay for performance” business model to its clients. 

About the Performance Model

We charge our clients a commission for the eCommerce sales we generate for them. These commissions are then shared with the team working on the campaigns as a part of their source of income. Meaning the more money our clients make, the more money you will make too. So, the sky's the limit, the better you are at generating eCommerce sales, the more money you can make, its UNCAPPED.

This job is ideally suited to someone with a tertiary degree in marketing who thinks results based, has extensive experience working in an eCommerce advertising and marketing agency and worked with multiple clients at one time and is serious about making good money by being rewarded for their efforts.

You should be a team player, a good communicator both verbally and in writing, self-motivated, highly organised, a problem solver, client focused and most of all, confident that they can outperform the competition. 

You will want to be highly confident in your knowledge of how to combine brand building, Digital Advertising and marketing techniques and strategies with the sales funnel process, to drive long term profitable sales growth for eCommerce brands in your “work from home” environment.

Unlimited earnings potential - the sky’s the limit

The best part of this opportunity is that in addition to the full-time retainer, you will also earn an uncapped ongoing performance commission bonus for every client campaign that you manage. The % commission you earn is based on your ability to achieve higher ROAS targets. Meaning the more profitable the sales are that you can generate for the clients, the more you can earn.

Responsibilities 

  • Your #1 skill is to be able to deliver highly effective and profitable eCommerce campaigns focused on ROAS that scale
  • Your #2 skill is having an in depth understanding of the AI software that ads platforms like Google and Meta are using and how to utilise them to deliver highly effective and profitable eCommerce campaigns focused on ROAS that scale
  • Lead triage (understanding client earnings potential) - Website CRO analysis, business model analysis, competition analysis. 
  • Provide advice to clients on improvements they can make to their website to assist with CRO.
  • Develop Customer Personas & Customer Journey Maps. - Analyse & report on digital campaigns for Ecommerce (ROAS) & B2B (lead generation) - Conversion Rate Optimization (Landing Pages & A/B Testing)
  • Set up & manage campaigns mostly on the major platform types such as Google/ Youtube, Meta, Bing, TikTok 
  • You'll need to have an in depth understanding accurate eCommerce sales reporting which includes setting up tracking, resolving any attribution issues to ensure as accurate data as possible.
  • Manage new and existing client relationships and campaign performance expectations through strategy meetings and Q&A sessions when required.
  • Reporting on all campaign metrics at both internal and client meeting
  • Suggest and create new “on brand” text, image, video content using tools e.g Klavio, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve in conjunction with the client ‘s objectives.
  • Provide ideas for new “on brand” creative content in conjunction with the client ‘s objectives.
  • Assist clients with building 12 months worth of marketing campaign ideas for events like Mothers day, Fathers day, Boxing day, EOFY etc. 
  • Identifying new sales opportunities through campaign analysis and suggesting new advertising budget
  • Understanding customer search behaviour, pre & post click
  • Understand how to use a sales funnel process to maximise your campaigns performance
  • Use web analytics to analyse and optimise website activity
  • Preparing and delivering campaign reports to clients directly
  • Assist in the management and tracking of keyword bids, expenditure caps and other primary account metrics.
  • Provide suggestions and incorporate techniques for keyword resources, marketing structuring, targeting, network display and other aspects of pay per click 
  • Support the development of new paid search ads, ad groups and accounts and support the formation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Track and compare search results and search success through primary search channels.

You're not doing this alone either. You will have the help of an admin and support team and a sales and account management team to assist you with your clients needs.  

Experience & Skills

  • Min 4 years agency experience
  • Min 4 years eCommerce and CRO experience
  • Min 4 years Google and Meta Ads experience
  • High degree of proficiency in using Google Shopping and Facebook Catalogue 
  • High degree of experience with data/product feeds & shopping networks including setup and problem-solving feed issues
  • A history of building effective and profitable campaigns in the eCommerce space
  • BA in computing/marketing/mathematics or equivalent preferred
  • A high degree of experience in Facebook/ Meta Business Manager
  • A thorough understanding of how search engines work
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Advanced Google and Meta Ads platform understanding
  • Preferably holding a current and up to date Google Ads certification
  • High degree of experience with Google Analytics 
  • Sound knowledge of technologies including HTML/CSS/CMS
  • Understanding of paid search management is a must
  • Ability to draw critical analysis from data and find solutions
