The role:
The Senior Digital Director is a key client facing leadership role responsible for running a team and client portfolio which develops world class digital strategies that drive key business outcomes for our clients’ businesses. The Senior Digital Director drives our customer driven, data led approach. This involves shaping highly relevant experiences for consumers by leveraging the correct channel mix and utilising the data led capabilities of our teams.
Core responsibilities:
- Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
- Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities
- Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success
- Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues

- Demonstrates a keen understanding of the wider digital ecosystem and the role of performance
- Collaborative and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously, seeking support from management when needed
