We're committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and grow.About the positionThe Parramatta Eels is looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join the Club’s Marketing & Digital team, taking on ownership of the Club’s customer-facing digital platforms, including the Club website, app, microsites and e-commerce platform.Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Digital, the ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is able to work cross-functionally with all areas of the business to understand business and customer requirements, and produce effective digital solutions that meets these requirements.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sports, entertainment, broadcast, publisher or wagering environment as a Digital Producer and/or digital project manager. This is an autonomous role, presenting self-starters and highly motivated individuals with a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of one of Australia’s most iconic sports clubs.Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the delivery of the Club website redevelopment project, including:
- Working with external developers through discovery, design, engineering, testing and release.
- Working cross-functionally to gather, identify and refine business and customer needs and requirements.
- Act as internal SME for all Club digital customer-facing platforms, including the Club website, e-commerce site, app and microsites, with responsibility for:
- Managing and executing internal requests from across the business for updates or new pages/content across all digital platforms.
- Ongoing monitoring of performance across all digital platforms.
- Manage ad-tech integration across network and act as key contact for external ad operations agency.
- Work with the Partnerships and Content teams to identify opportunities for commercialisation across our digital ecosystem, and define inclusions for each opportunity.
- Lead on the development of a catalogue of digital commercial assets across web, app, CRM, social and content, and a standard rate card for digital assets.
- Work with Partnerships team to plan and execute digital campaigns for partners and sponsors across our digital ecosystem and martech stack.
- Produce digital content to support marketing campaigns e.g. landing pages, lead capture forms, digital fan activations, new product pages, curated e-commerce product collections etc.
