Senior Digital Producer

Just Digital People are working with one of the most creative and successful eCommerce agencies in Melbourne, helping them source a Senior Digital Producer. The aim is to find a candidate with experience of managing multiple enterprise level accounts, strong Shopify knowledge and 4+ years under their belt.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise level accounts.
• Ensuring the on time, on budget delivery of ecommerce website development projects, tasks and bugs.
• Deliver a program of work identified by the client along with our Solutions and UX Strategy team.
• Resource assigned team members as per the clients agreement to dedicated work.
• Attend client standups (sometimes daily) to ensure accountability of delivery and management of priorities.
• Align with clients ways of working, systems and process, thus requiring a knowledge of Agile project methodology.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Digital Producer within an agency setting.
• Experience in working with a wide range of clients and projects.
• A high quality understanding and hands-on experience with Shopify and Google Analytics.
• Must be exceedingly organised and holds the ability to schedule effectively both your time and your team.
• Strong presentation skills - clear and concise.
• Ability to listen and deliver on client requirements, but to also offer solutions.
• Must have very strong interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with multiple individuals.
