Details: The Governance branch, within the Community Services Directorate (CSD) has carriage for a breadth of matters including ministerial and government services such as the coordination of Assembly and Cabinet business on behalf of the directorate. The Governance Branch has responsibility for Freedom of Information and Corporate Strategy including preparation and delivery of the Annual Report, secretariat functions for CSD’s senior governance committee and its two subcommittees and a number of other strategic projects for the directorate. The Governance Branch also has carriage for facilities and fleet management for CSD, as well as security and sustainability.
Reporting to the Executive Branch Manager, Governance, the Senior Director, Ministerial and Government Services will be responsible for fostering working relationships across the ACT Public Sector on a wide range of Ministerial and Government matters. The Senior Director requires highly developed leadership skills, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
