It is the major health centre for the Logan region—one of the fastest growing regions in Queensland. About the Role
Support the Executive Director, Logan-Beaudesert Health Services in shaping the people and culture strategic direction, exercising the highest level of business and industrial/political acumen as a trusted advisor.
Provide strategic leadership to Logan-Beaudesert Health services, and collaboratively across the broader health service, including leading strategic workforce planning and driving the future workforce-focussed leadership and capability agenda.
Lead and deliver strategic human resource initiatives to enhance organisational performance and to maximise the leadership, design, and capability of the multidisciplinary workforce within the Hospital.
Provide strategic and operational leadership of HR activities including policy and planning, employment relations, performance and conduct, injury management, organisational change, strategic analysis of workforce data and workforce planning, recruitment and selection, compliance reporting and performance monitoring and assurance.
Provide specialist advice and recommendations to Executive and senior management on a wide range of contemporary human resource issues to enable and maximise the workforce for the delivery of health services in a large complex and evolving health care environment.
