Senior Domain Architect - Enterprise

The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is looking to hire a Senior Domain Architect (Enterprise) , to led roadmap creation for our support functions and enterprise-facing platforms.

The Bank has made recent investments in modernising HR platforms, and IT Service Management, and is in the process of M365 migration, and investing in CRM/CMS technology. This role will help set the direction of these platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Domain Architect (Enterprise) who:

• Has the ability to lead, develop and motivate a practice area or project of IT specialists who exercise independence in their work.
• Can lead the development of architectures for complex domains/solutions and plan and govern against these, including active participation in Design and Architectural governance forums.
• Can manage internal relationships and be the general escalation point for a given domain, ensuring that expectations are continually aligned and to resolve blockers.
• Has experience working with integration partners/vendors in large programs of work.
• Can oversee and ensure consistency with other associated architectural work being delivered in related projects, including resolving any design contentions in a timely manner.

• Experience in roadmap and strategy development for enterprise functions such as HR, Audit, Communications and Finance.
• Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skill and experience in representing the department across the Bank or similar organizations.
• Strong understanding and experience of enterprise platforms such as IT Service Management, CRM, CMS, HR/Payroll/Finance, M365
• Has experience working with integration partners/vendors in large programs of work.
• Qualifications relevant to the Bank or IT industry, including TOGAF, and technical/business domain certifications.
