The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a critical in-flight Remediation program.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Remediation Program Manager and Workstream Project managers to conduct the investigation and discovery work associated with this program.
This means you’ll be at the heart of finding better ways to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world!
- You’ll need to have strong business, process, and data analysis skills, with a clear focus on customer service, risk management and process efficiency.
- Experience analysing complex, end-to-end health insurance processes, and remediation projects is essential.
This is a full-time 6-month contract position initially, based in our Melbourne, or Sydney office. Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements, so you can work from the office or from home.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Working closely with the Remediation Project Team and/or Business Process Owner(s) to investigate the potential remediation matter and conduct preliminary discovery activities to assist in prioritising the matter in the remediation pipeline.
- Ensuring adequate business analysis is done to establish scope and validate root causes of the process, system or conduct failure, to clearly define the remediation problem to be addressed.
- Supporting remediation project managers as they ‘stand up’ required remediation projects, e.g: providing relevant business analysis to support development of investment business cases proposals, etc.
- Planning, running and managing requirements gathering workshops.
