Senior Electrical Engineer - Asp3 High Voltage

They are looking for someone with excellent analysis and communication skills and an enthusiasm to learn.   Reporting to the Associates & Directors, you will assist on challenging projects from inception to completion and foster and maintain a strong client relationship.   You will work beside experienced ASP3 Designers who are either ex-utility or have many years of experience as ASP3 Designers, thriving as part of a dynamic team of engineers.

You will provide a full range of supply authority design solutions for building services and infrastructure projects.     The Duties and Responsibilities Planning and scoping of ASP3 High Voltage projects for a range of clients (residential, commercial, universities, schools, utilities, industrial, mining, health, and defence) Build relationships with internal and external clients Management and delivery of electrical projects from concept thru design and construction Lead work winning in the private HV market (desirable) Negotiate with supply authorities; obtaining approvals and certifications Attend client meetings & site inspections Ad-hoc tasks, as requested by the Group Leader  The Skills & Experience Degree-qualified engineer (must be recognised by Engineers Australia) Local experience working in a design consultancy or similar Preferred experience within the building services consultancy environment A team player with excellent communication skills The ability to complete Authority design (Ausgrid and Endeavour minimum) and analysis of substations, new network connection projects, asset relocation projects, maximum demand calculations, compliance and certification Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment Strong experience with AutoCAD Strong communication and teamwork skills   Why CSA Recruitment Craig Andresen has been a professional Recruitment Consultant since 2006 and has been deeply embedded in the Australian Building, Civil & Structural Engineering industries since 2012, so he's exceptionally well-positioned to assist you with your next career…
